Save Historic Manito
St Marks is a Lutheran church in the historic Manito neighborhood. Recently, without speaking to the neighborhood, they've displaced families and began tearing down houses to accomodate a 16,000 sq ft parking lot in the middle of a single family, residential neighborhood of historic homes. This blog is dedicated to preventing this lot from being built, preserving property values, preventing traffic safety nightmares, and generally keeping the spirit of our historic neighborhood intact.
